A large corner pub selling Bass's finest. Inside you find a large bright single room with a bar on one side; a low stage on the other; and a pool table at one end.

Service is professional and very friendly, and the Yorkshireman emerges as a really good locals' pub. While you can hardly miss the old red telephone box at one end of the bar, it's worth looking out for the way they've themed little corners. Definitely a pub that deserves to be better known than it is.
