Internet AccessFrom a web browser on any system, you can connect to the Web Messaging server and log on to your mail account using your Mail user ID (yourname@eyorks.com) and password. POP3/SMTP SupportYou can also setup your account with your existing email client. It can be used with your Outlook Express or other mail programs on your existing internet account and you can send and read mail along with your other email accounts. Mail ForwardingYou can have your account forward new mail to another address. Vacation SupportIf you are unable to answer mail due to holidays or other absence, you can have your account automatically send one notice to each person who sends you mail. This allows people to keep sending messages to you whilst you're unavailable, without being flooded with notices that you're away. Mail Delivery RulesYou can create Delivery Rules to direct incoming mail to different sub-mailboxes based on the content of particular parts of a message. Auto RespondersThis feature lets you set up an automated response: when mail is received, your prepared message is sent back to the sender. The account also lets you set up special mailboxes with unique responses from each. For example, you could create an info mailbox for your organization. When someone sends mail to the info mailbox, the system can return a response that describes other mailboxes, such as sales or products. Senders can then send a message to sales and receive back a message related to sales, or to products and receive back a message about products you offer. |
